4. Payments & Billing
- All membership fees, class package payments, and personal training fees are due as per the agreed-upon schedule.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
- Membership cancellations or pauses require written notice in accordance with your membership agreement. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
5. User Conduct
- Users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other members, staff, and property.
- Appropriate fitness attire is required in all workout areas.
- Photography or videography of other members without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
- Any act of harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Grind Central Fitness and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Grind Central Fitness. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
